Kathryn is a sound healer, intuitive channel, and facilitator of the transformational experiences. Through crystal singing bowls, channeled messages, and vibrational sound journeys, she guides people into deeper states of awareness, healing, and personal embodiment. 

Her own spiritual awakening began in 2020 and has led her on a path of exploring consciousness, energy, and the power of sound as a healing modality. 

In 2023 she co-founded Sounds of the Light, a community healing space dedicated to sound baths and holistic wellness. Today Kathryn continues her work through her personal platform Sounds like Kathryn, offering private sessions, group experiences, and immersive events designed to help others reconnect with their truth and inner resonance. Her work is rooted in the belief that when we come back into alignment with our own frequency, transformation naturally follows.
